Can I return my products for refund?

We don't provide this option yet, however we aim to replace damaged products in line with our return policy.




What if I’m not happy about my products received?

You may provide feedback, but we can’t replace the product unless it is damaged, therefore you will have to refer to our returns policy.




How long does it take to receive my order?

It typically takes between 7-14 days to receive your products, however it is not limited to a specific time frame in our start up phase, in line with our delivery policy. In the event you want to know more information, you can email us via Support@SASelitePro.com




What if I want to cancel my order?

If you’ve already placed your order and we have not prepared it/sent it out, then you can cancel your order by emailing us at Support@SASelitePro.com 




How do I give feedback?

You can provide feedback to us via Support@SASelitePro.com




What if my order doesn’t arrive on time?

You may contact us via Support@SASelitePro.com to find out where your order is and we will help you. We aim to deliver your order within 7-14 days, however it may take up to 30 days where processes are delayed and you will always receive your products.




What if I don’t receive my order?

You will always receive your order and we will do our best to keep you informed via email.



What if my order is damaged on delivery?

You must take a video of the damaged product and send it to us via Support@SASelitePro.com within 3 days of receiving your product. We will replace your product as stated in our returns policy.







Set Article
A 'Set Article' is an individual clothing article, which is part of a set of clothing articles. The set article is indicated in the article title, for e.g. Dress One | S1, with S1 indicating Set 1. You can find multiple articles with S1 for example, if they are part of the same set.

Each clothing article also has a style associated to it which is either classic or designer, depending on the logo placement or fabric styling. The style is indicated in the description, for e.g. Dress One | S1 - Classic, where classic in this example is the style. Multiple styles may also be associated to the article, which can be filtered through on each category page.

If you'd like to buy an entire set, you can do so by searching our website and typing S, followed by the set number you are interested in, for example searching 'S1' would show you all of the articles featured in Set 1.

We also indicate the article number in the article title, for e.g. Dress One | S1 - Classic (A1), where A1 indicates that this is our first ever product.

To work out how collectors your clothing articles are when ordering from us, this will be indicated in your order number. For example, regardless of how many items you order, if your order number is 000001 and you've ordered the entirety of Set 1 or just one item, then your items will be regarded as highly collectible/rare, especially if there has been over 1000 orders within our brand & sales are continuing.

Returns
We accept returns in line with our Returns Policy and do not accept returns for refunds yet.
