We aim to deliver your order within 7-14 days, however it is not limited by that time frame in our start up phase. We will improve our delivery time as our brand progresses and we will send your order as soon as possible, once it has cleared its quality checks. In the event that you don't receive your order within 7-14 days, we will keep you informed and you will always receive your order. In the event we can't fulfil your order within 6 weeks, you will get a full refund.
If you’ve already placed your order and we have not prepared it/sent it out, then you can cancel your order. In the event you received any damaged products on delivery, then refer to our returns policy. You will always receive your order and we will do our best to keep you informed via email.
